> Mr. Giammarco, you have been working for some years in Rome in the Monteverde area with your Solo Affitti agency. A few months ago you decided to diversify your business by deciding to also deal with the real estate purchase and sale under the L' immobiliare.com brand. How did you find out about this new project and what was the lever that pushed you towards this choice?
A partnership has been active for some years between Solo Affitti and L'immobiliare.com for the joint development of the network. Following some events jointly organized by the two brands, I was able to appreciate the quality of the L'Immobiliare.com network. After all, many of our clients often asked for our attention in the area of the sale: they had had positive feedback from the experience of managing the leases through our agency and would have liked to entrust us with their properties for the sale as well. It is still too early to tell but the news that we have embraced a brand that allows us greater visibility also in the context of the sale has certainly been welcomed by our customers.
